Attempted Murder
I was on my way home last night, around 10pm, on the metro and to get home I take one line and then transfer to another. When I transfered to the other, there was an announcement that stated that the metro service on the orange line (the one I was about to transfer to) has been re-established.
When I woke up this morning, the news on the radio stated that a man was assulted on the orange line around 10pm the previous night. three black suspects are at large. Turns out some guy was stabbed a bunch of times in the upper body, yet he is in stable condition in the hospital. That guy is pretty lucky to be alive after THAT.

WOOOOORRRDDDD!!! Ok that's kinda freaky. I got my own story of freaky closeness to death. I was walking down the sidewalk one day and there was no commotion at all, it had rained the day before. I got home and went to bed, and when I woke up in the morning I realized that someone at some point stepped on a worm on that very sidewalk. That's freaky man, I was on that same sidewalk, it could have been me who got stepped on.
DUDE YOU'RE COMING BACK!!! If you didn't get my email, I say Whisky West on Merivale, close to home and hopefully we can maybe predrink at Wes' moms or something. I think I got at least 10 beers in my garage :)
